JCW is recruiting for an experienced Trust Officer to join a highly respected boutique trust and wealth management firm. This is a client-facing fiduciary role responsible for administering complex personal trust accounts and delivering tailored estate planning solutions. Responsibilities:

• Administer a portfolio of high-net-worth personal trust accounts, ensuring fiduciary duties are met in compliance with trust documents and legal standards.
• Act as the primary relationship manager for beneficiaries, trustees, attorneys, and external advisors.
• Interpret and execute trust agreements, manage discretionary requests, and oversee account reviews and governance.
• Collaborate with internal investment, tax, and client service teams to deliver integrated wealth solutions.

Qualifications:

• 3- 5 years of trust administration or fiduciary services experience, ideally with high-net-worth clients.
• In-depth knowledge of fiduciary law, estate planning strategies, and trust administration best practices.
• CTFA, JD, CFP, or similar fiduciary certification preferred.
