We’re seeking a skilled and detail-oriented RF Integration and Test Engineer to join our team. In this role, you’ll lead the integration and validation of advanced wireless RF systems supporting a LEO satellite constellation communication network. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovative products from concept to full-scale production. What you will be doing: Develop RF specifications for silicon and module-level designs, collaborating with Architecture, Product Systems, Algorithm Systems, firmware, and RFIC Design teams. Create RF line-up specifications with the RFIC design team to guide testing and validation of designs. Understand system requirements and architecture thoroughly, and formulate detailed test plans to validate these requirements. Design lab setups for various tests, including radiated chamber tests, and build racks and test rigs as needed. Work with external vendors to procure components and equipment for testing systems. Collaborate with hardware, software, mechanical, and systems teams across time zones to meet system requirements during operation. Define test plans and strategies for lab, field, and on-orbit testing. Automate test execution, including control and configuration of test equipment. Document test results, coverage, KPIs, and communicate regularly with stakeholders. Analyze test results, identify root causes, and coordinate with relevant teams for resolutions. What you bring to this role: MSEE or Bachelor’s degree in EE/CS/CE or related field 7+ years of RF test and validation experience, with a track record of successful product launches Deep understanding of wireless communication principles, especially in satellite systems The target annual salary range for this position is $100,000 - $175,000. This is a full-time, exempt role based in our Saratoga, CA office. Compensation will be based on your relevant experience and skills.
