We are actively hiring Entry Level Management Trainees to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about social change and eager to learn how to lead campaigns, manage teams, and make a measurable impact —while building a foundation for long-term career growth.
What You’ll Do:
Assist with campaign planning, execution, and team coordination
Support nonprofit outreach events by managing displays, teams, and logistics
Represent nonprofit clients to the public with clarity, professionalism, and enthusiasm
Learn and apply principles of leadership, team development, and campaign strategy
Participate in mentorship and management training to prepare for internal promotions

Who We’re Looking For:
18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
Passion for helping others and building stronger communities
Driven, reliable, and open to continuous feedback and growth
No management experience necessary—we provide full training
