Anesthesiologist for southwest, LACOMPENSATION: Base $600k TOTAL COMPENSATION RANGE $700-$800KRole:Base salary: $600kSigning bonus: $75,000 (3 year commitment)No In-House callBonus: 90% ASA Unit metrics met annually $25kEmployed by the HospitalDay, Float/Night Float systemAverage of 1 weekend call per monthHospital: Level III trauma center2 facilities 315 bed main campus and 52 bed multidisciplinary womens hospital-Main campus 15 ORs, 4 rooms Endoscopy suites, 1 Pulmonary suite-Womens campus 6 ORsPediatric services: Typically 3-4 wks.
